I help clients assesses meal programs, provide technical assistance and acts as a liaison between the food and beverage teams. I can:
• Create menus/recipes that comply with vegan, vegetarian and ayurvedic nutrition standards.
• Provide technical assistance and training to personnel, sponsors and caterers in all aspects of food service management and nutritional standards including menu planning, food purchasing, preparation and storage.
• Review and approve menus.
• Create nutrition education materials and provide nutrition education for assigned programs.
• Lead demonstrations for press and appear on TV.
•Prepare reports and corrective action plans when required.
